Isaiah 9 points us from deep darkness to the hope of a great Light. That Light is Jesus Christ, the promised Son who brings peace, victory, and the hope of God’s kingdom. Through Christ, God does not leave people in darkness. He shines His light through His people and His church, bringing hope to places marked by suffering, poverty, and despair. As followers of Jesus, we are called to carry that light into our communities and around the world, trusting that the zeal of the Lord will accomplish His purposes.
