 ager\, from Streams for a conversation about faith\, community\, and what 
 it looks like to put our love for our neighbors into practice as we work t
 ogether to create healthy neighborhoods. \n\nThis session is appropriate f
 or young adults\, individuals\, and families. Streams of Hope (now Streams
 ) is a faith-based nonprofit community center started by Hillside Communit
 y Church in 2006 to serve families in southeast Kent County and the Townli
 ne neighborhood. 92% of families in the Townline neighborhood are eligible
  for federal assistance and 42% of area school children live in poverty\, 
 compared to just 10% in Kent County overall.
